GROUP_RULES // 02A

Standard Formation Protocols

All participants agree to follow these protocols during organized joint rides to maintain group cohesion and road safety.

Drafting Etiquette

Maintain consistent wheel gap of 30–50 cm. Signal before leaving the front of a rotation. Pull duration: 60–90 seconds on flat segments, shorter on climbs.

Hand Signal Definitions

Left arm extended: turning or passing obstacle. Right arm extended: stopping. Pointing down: road hazard. Palm facing rear: slowing.

Spacing Requirements

Minimum 2-bike length between groups when splitting on climbs. Reassembly at designated rest zones only — no ad-hoc stops on narrow segments.
