Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased through Strainplanten, operating at SH65, Murchison 7077, New Zealand. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging is intact and included with the return.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused by the buyer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
  • Products purchased more than 14 days prior to the return request.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at help@strainplanten.world with your order details and reason for return.
  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions from our team.
  • Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, contact us with your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same condition requirements as returns.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), which provides statutory protections for product quality and fitness for purpose.
